This Regulation entered into force on 4 August 2009.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the form of certificate on spent equipment and mode of transmitting this certificate. The processing operator issues a recovery certificate for the organization recycling electrical and electronic equipment, covering a half-year information for a given calendar year. The Annex specifies the form of certificate on spent equipment.
