Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the education invitation and manner of conducting the education in livestock sector. This text further sets the procedure for keeping of necessary official records on such performed or conducted educational sessions. Designated forms are given in Annexes 1 and 2. This type of education is carried out by the expert service and the leading civil servants in the State Inspectorate for Agriculture. The education is carried out in the premises of the State Inspectorate for Agriculture or at the place where the headquarters or residence of the controlled subject is located if minimum technical conditions are provided and there is consent from the controlled subject. This education shall be carried out for one or more subjects in relation to committed irregularities that have been verified by inspectors.
