Abstract This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the contents of the application, among reporting methods as regards the changes that shall be inserted in the National Register of Vineyards. The grape producer will report the changes in relation to necessary data (as specified in article 13-paragraph 1 of the national Wine Law; see Annex with attached form sample) for purposes of updating of specific data that is present in the National Register of Vineyards. The application form for changes in the National Register of Vineyards contains: - data on the parcel where the change occurs; - data regarding the change of ownership, that is, the right to use the plot; - data regarding the excavation of the vineyards; - data regarding the replanting of the vineyards; - data regarding grafting or grafting of wine / table grape varieties; - data regarding the change of the irrigation system and - data regarding natural disasters.
