This text entered into force eight days after its publication the Official Gazette (published on 10 May 2018).
Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on food and of the Veterinary Law (Republic of Srpska), prescribes the specific conditions as regards the food hygiene (including HACCP principles and obligations) for food business operators, meant for all relevant stages of food production, handling, processing and trade.
