This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation, in relation to the necessary food safety issues, establishes the rules for the correct and safe use of food enzymes, including those used as auxiliaries in food production, in order to ensure the appropriate market measures, high level of protection of human health and consumer interests/fair practice in food trade.
