This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation, in terms of food safety, provides the manner and method for correct and permitted use of additives in food and foodstuff production and processing, also in order to ensure the necessary market issues, high level of protection of human health, consumer interests, respect of environmental protection related suggestions, and appropriate marking and labelling of such substances or food containing such substances.
