Abstract This Regulation, for the purpose of rational management and protection of bluefin tuna, prescribes provisions which include: fishing capacity in commercial fishing; maximum breeding capacity and input quantity of wild tuna on farms present on the territory of the Republic of Croatia; time limits for the use of certain fishing gear; distribution of the State quota for commercial and non-commercial fishing as well as for subcategories of commercial and non-commercial fishing for the year 2020; and also sets out the by-catch rules.
