Abstract This Regulation, based on provisions of the Croatian Law on marine fisheries, for the purpose of rational management and protection of bluefin tuna, prescribes provisions which include: fishing capacity in commercial fishing; time limits on the use of certain fishing gear; allocation of the State quota for commercial and non-commercial fishing as well as for subcategories of commercial and non-commercial fishing in 2022; and sets rules on related by-catch.
