Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 30 paragraphs, establishes proceedings relating to counteraction against infectious diseases of aquatic animals specified in the Annex, and in particular: (1) proceedings in case of suspicion or recognition of these diseases; (2) types of samples taken for examination and the method of their taking and transmission; (3) measures applied to fight against these diseases; (4) methods of cleaning and disinfection; (5) requirements for recognition the territory of the Republic of Poland or zones placed on this territory as free from some infectious diseases of aquatic animals; (6) vaccination against these diseases.
