This Regulation enters into force on 25 October 2012.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 11 articles and one Annex, lays down detailed method of fighting against bluetongue and includes: (1) the manner and procedure when the disease is suspected and when the disease is confirmed; (2) type of samples for diagnostic tests; (3) measures used to fight against the disease; (4) procedures regarding vaccination against bluetongue. The Annex specifies types of samples and method of their taking and sending to laboratory tests.
