Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 11 articles and one Annex, lays down detailed method of fighting against bluetongue and includes: (1) the manner and procedure when the disease is suspected and when the disease is confirmed; (2) type of samples for diagnostic tests; (3) measures used to fight against the disease; (4) procedures regarding vaccination against bluetongue. The Annex specifies types of samples and method of their taking and sending to laboratory tests.
