Abstract

This Regulation sets forth rules and procedures to prevent to introduction and spread of the Pepino mosaic virus, harming tomato crops in the country. The Regulation covers provisions on methods of survey, prevention of the spread, determination of and fight against Pepino mosaic virus. This Regulation is prepared in accordance with the Commission Decision 2004/200/EC on measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Community of Pepino mosaic virus.
