Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 1 November 2008, when Regulation No. SKSFS 1996:1 ceases to apply.
Abstract

The present Regulation, issued by the Swedish Forest Agency, contains provisions on fees for marketing applications of genetically modified forest trees intended for timber production. Article 4 sets the current fees for applicants.
