This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the amount of fees for compulsory veterinary-health examinations and controls on live animals before slaughtering (animals, wildlife, fish), raw materials and other deriving products of animal origin on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the method for their calculation and the manner of collection and payment of such fees/charges, the method of distribution and allocation of deriving funds, the treatment of veterinary inspectors and veterinary organization that are authorized to perform/carry out these duties in the registered establishment/sites/facilities.
