Abstract This Regulation sets the rules and requirements in terms of food safety and food composition for all fast frozen foods and foodstuff intended as for human consumption. The principal aim of these rules is to reduce to a minimum the microbiological activity and chemical changes that could impact the food safety in such foodstuff.
