Abstract

This Regulation sets requirements for exploration, calculation of deposits of concurrent minerals, assessment, mining and extraction thereof. Concurrent minerals shall be considered rock, ore and minerals the extraction of which shall be economically profitable only with basic minerals. Study and exploration of concurrent minerals shall be carried out in the process of mining. During the exploration of mineral deposits shall be necessary: (a) to specify correlation between basic minerals and concurrent minerals; (b) to map ore deposit containing concurrent minerals suitable for selective mining, extraction and processing; (c) to determine contents of concurrent minerals and degree of uniformity of distribution; and (d) to establish concurrent minerals of practical importance.
