The Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture are authorities responsible to enact regulations to issue establishment permits and operation license for following industries; Biotechnology (food, livestock, agriculture, industrial environment, molecular biotechnology); Nanotechnology (products and materials); Optic and Photonic; Electronics, control and hardware; Information technology, communication and software; Advanced manufacturing and laboratory equipment; Leading medications; Medical equipment; Aerospace (aircrafts, missiles, satellites); New energies(renewable energies); leading products in fields of cognitive science, herbal medicines, agriculture, oil, gas, petrochemicals, water, soil, mine, marine innovations, buildings and road construction. The advanced industrial units should be located outside the urban and rural area, within the industrial parks or science and technology parks.
