This Regulation entered into force on 9 October 2010.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of five paragraphs, establishes: (1) foodstuffs to which vitamins or minerals must be added; (2) levels or maximum levels of vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals are added to prevent and level insufficiency of one or more nutrients for the whole population or specific groups of human. These provisions do not apply to enriched foodstuffs marketed in Poland and traded in other European Union countries or in EFTA countries.
