The Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2008.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Government, which is composed of eight articles and eight Annexes, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, specific emission limits and other conditions of operating combustion stationary sources of air pollution. Art. 3 specifies emission limits, art. 4 - conditions of operating combustion sources using alternative fuel, art. 5 ¾ conditions of operating small combustion sources.
