Abstract This Regulation prescribes the detailed documentation required for the issuance of a permit for exemption of user for mineral-gas oils excise products, including the manner of determining the approved quantities of mineral-gas oils and, and further sets rules and form of the control card that shall be issued among related permit for tax exemption. In addition to the documentation prescribed by article 26a (paragraphs 2 and 3) of the Montenegrin Law on Excise Duties (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 65/2001, 12/2002, 76/2005 and Official Gazette of Montenegro 76/2008, 50/2009, 78/2010, 61/2011, 28/2012, 38/2013, 45/2014, 50/2017, 55/2018 and 76/2020), the applicant shall also provide for the following: 1) proof of registration of agricultural machinery, ie fishing vessel; 2) certificate of opened current account with a commercial bank in Montenegro; 3) proof that no bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings are being conducted against the applicant, if the applicant is a company or an entrepreneur.
