Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure, which is composed of seven and one Annex, establishes: detailed scope of dock plans of management of wastes and load remains from vessels; scope and form of the application for approving these plans and mode of their approving; conditions which shall be fulfilled by plans, programmes and other documents concerning management of wastes and load remains, prepared before the entry into force of the Act on dock equipment for receiving of wastes and load remains from vessels. Annex 1 specifies the form of the application for approving the plan.
