This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the requiremenst for dietary foods and foodstuff intended for human consumption and classified as food for special dietary needs (such as infant food and diet food/dietary nutrition for medical purposes; special medical nutritional foodstuff).
