Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of ten Paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes diet supplements introduced into turnover and presented as foodstuffs. Supplements can be sold only in single packages. Only vitamins and mineral substances specified in Annex 1 can be used to produce diet supplements . The list of permitted chemical forms of vitamins and mineral substances is specified in Annex 2.
