Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on maritime navigation safety, determines the risk profile of a foreign vessel, on the basis of general and historical parameters. The risk profile of a foreign vessel is calculated on a daily basis taking into account changes in dynamic parameters (age and historical data) in the previous 36 months and overall company performance results. After each inspection and if there is a change in the data of relevant tables of Paris MoU on understanding on port state control, a recalculation of the foreign vessel risk is performed. The Annex is part of this publication (lists of risk profiles for foreign vessels).
