Abstract

The Regulation, which consists of 15 articles, regulates provisions to determine the limits of river beds, creeks, watercourse and natural ponds. The limit of river beds and creeks, whether seasonal or permanent, is considered from 1 to 20 meters. Temporary planting would be possible in the limits of river beds only with official authorization and as long as does not cause problems in water exploitation. According to the Regulation, oil and gas pipelines may pass through river beds only with permission of the Ministry of Energy.
