Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of five articles and two Annexes, establishes marine areas where the quality of water is suitable for life and growth of marine bivalves and gastropods. These areas are specific for growing and harvesting of free marine bivalves and gastropods for the processing and marketing. The borders of these areas are specified in Annex 1.
