Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine articles and four Annexes, establishes detailed veterinary requirements for: (a) activities concerning the production, acquisition, conservation, processing, storage, placing on the market of semen of swines; (b) import of semen of swines; (c) trade in semen of swine. The present Regulation also establishes detailed requirements for health certificates of semen of swine and the way of their issuing. Annexes specify detailed veterinary requirements for individual activities concerning semen of swine.
