The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of nine Paragraphs. The animal shelter should be located at least 150 metres from human bases, public utilities, enterprises belonging to entrepreneurs producing products of animals origin, enterprises belonging to entrepreneurs producing animal foodstuffs, enterprises collecting storing, producing, using or removing animal by-products, slaughterhouses, markets, zoological gardens and other places of accumulating animals. The area of the shelter should be hardened and fenced. All animals staying in the shelter shall be registered. Veterinary care shall be provided to all animals.
