Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine paragraphs and three Annexes, establishes detailed veterinary requirements for: activities concerning the production, conservation, processing, storage, turnover and use of cattle semen; transport of cattle semen; the placing on the market of cattle semen; health certificates of cattle semen for trading and issue procedures. Annex 1 specifies detailed veterinary requirements for a centre of getting semen and for a centre of semen storage. Annex 2 specifies veterinary requirements for semen which can marketed. Annex 3 specifies veterinary requirements for cattle of which semen can be marketed.
