Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex. The Register of horses is kept separately for individual species and includes: first name and surname, address, PESEL or REGON number of the owner; identifier of the horse; place and date of birth of the horse; sex of the horse; verbal and graphical description of the horse; date of change of the owner of the horse; date of death; date of castration in case of a stallion; date of issue of a passport of the horse; date of issue of a passport duplicate, if issued. If the owner is not a Polish citizenship, the PESEL number can be replaced with a number of a passport or other means of identification.
