The Regulation enters into force on 1 May 2007.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of 15 paragraphs and one Annex, establishes detailed scope and directions of activities of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture and ways of their execution. In particular the Agency provides financial support to: (1) investments in agricultural farms, branches of special agricultural production or processing of agricultural products; (2) resume of production in farms placed on areas where there were harms caused by drought, hailstorm, heavy rains or snows, freezing, flood, hurricane, fire caused by lightning, or land slides; (3) high education of rural inhabitants; (4) collection, transport and neutralization of died livestock – cattle, sheep, goats, pigs or horses.
