The Regulation enters into force on the day of publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Council of Ministers is composed of seven Sections and nine Annexes. The Sections are: General provisions (sect. 1); Supporting agricultural and fish products processing and marketing (sect. 2); Supporting investing in agricultural farms (sect. 3); Supporting development and improvement of rural areas infrastructures (sect. 4); Supporting professional education (sect. 5); Technical support (sect. 6); Transitional and final provisions (sect. 7). Annex 8 specifies basic conditions of keeping animals, production hygiene and management of animal excrements concerning livestock.
