This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes various requirements regarding the professional training and basic knowledge of food safety programs, including the rules for educators and requirements to be met by legal and individuals who carry out the above mentioned training (in accordance with the rules of good hygiene practices, environmental protection), and also defining the way of checking the knowledge and the method for the issuance of certificates for acquired food safety basic skills (on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia).
