Abstract The present Regulation of the Ministers of Labour, which is composed of 21 paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes detailed requirements concerning safety of aerosol products; methods of identification and marking aerosol products; conditions and mode of aerosol products examination. The aerosol product is defined as a disposable metal, glass or plastic container containing compressed, condensed or dissolved gas, equipped with a device allowing the release of its contents.
