Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs, lays down detailed requirements for processing of spent lead-acid car batteries, spent lead-acid car accumulators, spent lead-acid industrial batteries, spent lead-acid industrial accumulators. This Regulation specifies other phases of this process. In particular, batteries and accumulators specified above have to be separated from other types of spent batteries, spent accumulators and other wastes.
