Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes detailed quality standards applicable to jam, jam extra, conserve, conserve extra, jelly, jelly extra, marmalade, jelly marmalade, marmalade from non-citrus fruits, plum jam and sweet puree of chestnuts. The provisions do not apply to products used for the production of bread, cake bread and biscuits. The requirements are specified in Annex 1. Annex 2 contains detailed requirements concerning commercial quality of raw material used for the production of the products above-mentioned.
