This Regulation entered into force on 8 November 2003.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes detailed requirements for the commercial quality of honey as a natural sweet product made by bees. The honey is classified depending on its origin, use, method of getting and presentation. The Annex contains detailed physicochemical requirements for honey.
