Abstract The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six Paragraphs, establishes detailed requirements applicable to the storage and transport of deep-frozen agricultural products and foodstuffs. The only factors that may come into contact with deep-frozen foods are air, nitrogen and carbon dioxide. The temperature of deep-frozen foods during storage or transport must not exceed -18C. The temperature can be of up to 3C greater during loading, unloading and retail sale.
