The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six Paragraphs, establishes detailed requirements applicable to the storage and transport of deep-frozen agricultural products and foodstuffs. The only factors that may come into contact with deep-frozen foods are air, nitrogen and carbon dioxide. The temperature of deep-frozen foods during storage or transport must not exceed -18C. The temperature can be of up to 3C greater during loading, unloading and retail sale.
