Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four Paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes detailed quality requirements applicable to the marketing of 21 types of cocoa and chocolate products (details in Annex 1). The maximum quantity of vegetable fats which can be added to cocoa and chocolate products is 5 percent of the total weight of the final product.
