Abstract The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs, establishes detailed requirements for bottles used for wine products: (1) fermented wine beverages including fruit wine, aromatized fruit wine, Polish Wine, Polish Wine aromatized, wine-based fruit and honey beverages, low alcohol beverages; (2) products specified in points 7,8 and 9 of Annex XI b of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation); (3) products specified in art. 2 of the Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1601/91 laying down general rules on the definition, description and presentation of aromatized wines, aromatized wine- based drinks and aromatized wine-product cocktails.
