The Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2003.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of four paragraphs. The Inspectorate of Commercial Quality of Agricultural Products and Foodstuffs consists of the following organs: General Inspectorate of Commercial Quality of Agricultural Products and Foodstuffs; provincial inspectorates of commercial quality of agricultural products and foodstuffs. Provincial inspectorates are managed by the provincial inspector of commercial quality of agricultural products and foodstuffs with the support of directors of organizational units, as specified in paragraph 3.
