Abstract The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four paragraphs, lays down detailed methods and forms of submitting information on: (1) established scope of nature compensation; (2) implemented nature compensation. The nature compensation relates to negative impact of activities on the area of Natura 2000. The information is submitted on questionnaires specified in the Public Information Newsletter of the General Directorate of Environmental Protection.
