Abstract The Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of 22 Paragraphs, establishes detailed duties of entities resulting from requirements concerning nuclear materials safeguards, in particular duties of managers of radioactive wastes storage yards. The manager keeps documentation of radioactive wastes, containing information on the amount of plutonium–239, uranium– 233, enriched uranium, their concentration, physical form, method of neutralization, date of receiving for storage and place of storage.
