Abstract This Regulation determines the detailed technical, spatial requirements and procedural criteria for selling animal genetic material (animal seeds) by other legal entities. The legal entity that trades in seeds should have: - a room for keeping and maintaining livestock seeds; - a room for the distribution of packaged livestock seed (spermal doses) and - a room in which the equipment for transporting livestock seed will be stored. The legal entity that trades in livestock seed should have at least one employee with a university education in the field of bio-technical sciences.
