Abstract

This Regulation determines the detailed criteria that shall be used for selecting the most favorable bidder for state-owned agricultural land that can be leased. This text also sets rules aimed for determining the size of the area of agricultural land that can be leased. The selection of the most favorable bidder during a procedure for leasing state-owned agricultural land is carried out on the basis of the highest offered annual rent per hectare. In the case where the same annual rent per hectare is offered, the offer of the bidder, which in the business plan contains a larger number of planned employments, i.e. employees in relation to the requested area, will have priority.
