This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the detailed conditions and procedural terms as regards the obligations of users of the Green Fund of the Republic of Serbia. This text determines the conditions and manner of distribution of such funds, criteria and manner for assessing the requests for distribution of funds, manner of monitoring over their correct use, among several contractual rights and obligations, as well as other issues relevant for the effective allocation and use of funds deriving from the Green Fund of the Republic of Serbia.
