The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of 11 paragraphs and four Annexes. Sampling agricultural products and foodstuffs should be done in the way: (1) assuring receiving samples representing organoleptic, physical, chemical and microbiological properties of the given batch; (2) preventing pollution of the batch; (3) adapted to the form and type of agricultural products and foodstuffs and quantity of the given batch. Annex 1 specifies detailed conditions of sampling deep-frozen foods, Annex 2 – sampling hop and hop products, Annex 3 – sampling wine products, and Annex 4 – sampling fresh fruits and vegetables.
