Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of 11 paragraphs and four Annexes. Sampling agricultural products and foodstuffs should be done in the way: (1) assuring receiving samples representing organoleptic, physical, chemical and microbiological properties of the given batch; (2) preventing pollution of the batch; (3) adapted to the form and type of agricultural products and foodstuffs and quantity of the given batch. Annex 1 specifies detailed conditions of sampling deep-frozen foods, Annex 2 – sampling hop and hop products, Annex 3 – sampling wine products, and Annex 4 – sampling fresh fruits and vegetables.
