Abstract The Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of ten Sections and three Annexes. The Sections are: General provisions (sect. 1); Conditions of hunting (sect. 2); Principles of ensuring safety when hunting (sect. 3); Individual hunting (sect. 4); Collective hunting (sect. 5); Deciding on contentious shots (sect. 6); Hunting with hunting birds (sect. 7); Layout (sect. 8); Marking (sect. 9); Final provisions (sect. 10). The Regulation establishes: detailed conditions of hunting; detailed conditions of marking carcasses of elk, red deer, fallow deer, roe deer and wild boar; form of authorization for individual hunting (Annex 1); form of register of individual hunting (Annex 2).
