The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy, which is composed of the following seven Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Attaching entities to a gaseous network (sect. 2); Turnover of gaseous fuels (sect. 3); Distribution services (sect. 4); Exploitation of networks (sect. 5); Quality standards of customer service (sect. 6); Transitional and final provision (sect. 7). Attachment conditions specified before this Regulation entered into force, are still valid if they are not contrary to provisions established in the Regulation.
