The total calculated compensation of produced energy with combustion of fossil fuels has to be expressed in the Energy Production Compensation Application for fossil fuels (see Annex of this publication). This application shall be submitted by the taxpayer (energy production holder) every 15th in the current month for all calculated produced energy compensations from the previous month. The taxpayer maintains and keeps neat and accurate records regarding the production of energy in kilowatt hours produced by burning fossil fuels, among related paid compensation fees.
