Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the detailed administrative and procedural rules regarding the conditions for the recognition of organizations of breeders by individual types of livestock. Each organization of livestock breeders should be a legal entity registered in the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia. The organization of breeders for all types of livestock within its personnel potential should have an employee who will be responsible for implementing the breeding program. This person should have completed higher education in the field of agricultural or biotechnical sciences in the field of livestock production (livestock) and/or beekeeping. This text complies with certain EU legislative documents (see article 5).
